Support our work in enhancing capacities of Civil Society Organisations – CSOs/ NGOs, in Public Communication and Resource Mobilization, while also associating with corporate to facilitate CSR activities, supports citizen groups in disaster relief work.
India Cares needs funds to sustain its work to continue support in building capacities in the areas of communication and resource mobilisation to the Social Sector.
In the present unprecedented situation, created by the Covid-19 emergency, most CSOs find it very difficult to sustain their own organizations. Yet, the communities they work with need immediate support for the basic requirements of food, shelter, health care, etc., so that as soon as the situation comes under control they may return to their principal livelihoods.
It is important that we must continue to work towards the sustainability of the social sector itself. The CSO forms the backbone of the sector, ensuring that the services reach the truly needy in the most efficient manner. We are committed to keep up our support to the core areas of functioning of the social sector.
